Our family recently decided to sell a generational property we owned and had lived in for 18 years. It is a unique property that would be of interest to only the most discriminating high end buyers given its price and size. I first met Richard Simeon in December 2012 when he was the selling agent for the vendor of 113 Bay Street, which was to become our much adored family home.
