about Dave McCarry
At Tommy’s, we take a team approach to real estate. Buying or selling a home is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavour. The client deserves the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. Working with us, you will have the personal attention traditionally associated with the client-agent relationship improved by the professionalism and consistency of a thoughtful business model. And yes, superior results will follow!
From 2009-2018, I was a leading Mad Butcher store owner/ operator. Serving over 3500 customers each week, I am a well regarded business owner and an industry innovator. In addition to my deep connections throughout the Porirua and Greater Wellington community, I am an avid Golfer and the Convenor for First Kicks Football at Western Suburbs Football Club attaining Convenor of the year 2020, 2022 and Capital Football volunteer of the year 2022.
I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. My businesses have grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat visits from happy clients and their introductions to friends, family and neighbours. This track record is only possible because I deliver both results AND an enjoyable experience.
