It’s a big deal when you decide to move house, especially when you have upgraded to a bigger mortgage. In this case the difference between an ok price and a great price materially impacts your life. In a market of changing conditions, with great prices no longer guaranteed, we knew we needed someone who was smart and could navigate us confidently through the process to ensure an excellent return. From the start Ben and his team were right onto it. Everything was perfect, from the townhouse preparation, including impeccable styling and paint jobs, to the presentation, with warm and inviting photos and video all leading to a frenzy of hits on the internet. The best thing was that Taylor handled it all, so we didn’t have to do much at all, just hand over the keys. Then there was the superior management of the open homes and keeping the buyers ‘hot’ to result in an action packed auction day. With a less savvy agent, we probably would have accepted an offer and not gone to auction, however Ben was so clear in reassuring us that the indicators were there to have a ripper auction that we did not hesitate to follow his advice. And sure enough on auction day there were 9 registered bids, 5 active bidders and 2 vying it out at the end to take it to a price that we had only dared dream about.
