I have to say from the day I met you just over three years ago when I first thought of selling the house you conducted yourself in a most professional and sincere way. You were aware of the circumstances of my late wife and you never continued to put any pressure on me to list and sell the property at that time not like many other real estate agents in the Maroubra/Kingsford areas.
Following a change in my life, three months ago I made the decision to list the property for sale and I had NO hesitation in contacting you to give you the exclusive listing to sell the property.
The presentation you gave me and the time table fitted perfectly as it was early December 2013 and we would just try a couple of soft Open for Inspections two Saturdays before Christmas then a full programme of advertising in the New Year with a view to an Auction late February 2013.

You advised me that there were 12 parties who inspected the property that day. Later that day, following your negotiation the offer was increased to the amount I accepted. The property was sold and Contracts Exchanged on Friday 20 december 2013.
I have to say I DO NOT BELIEVE any other real estate agent could have achieved an outcome so quick and in such a professional manner of selling a property in a matter of days after just one inspection.

I and my four siblings engaged Cameron to act as the real estate agent on the sale of our parent’s property. Their property was located at 65A Dwyer Avenue, Little Bay which settled in August 2011.
The sale was difficult as:
1. The market had weakened
2. My father and mother we aged 95 and 82 years respectively
3. Dad was an artist who had produced and retained thousands of drawings at the house
4. The house was in significant disrepair
5. All four siblings were involved in the restoration/sale despite them living in three different states who Cameron had to deal with on various issues
6. Dad did not want to sell the house having “tried” to sell it at auction in 1987 and 2002
Cameron was able to provide guidance on many issues. He was also ready to discuss proposals which he did not initially support but make a contribution to the route we wished to take. The final negotiations were handled particularly well by Cameron, yielding a price which was most favourable my parents could have hoped for as the market faded.
He was very helpful ensuring two sets of contracts were delivered to me in Queensland promptly. Each were signed by my parents to avoid the passion of the purchasers cooling. The post contract stage was also managed by Cameron in the same professional manner.
The smooth transfer of possession of the house was achieved with Cameron’s assistance. My dad is welcome to visit what was once his home and we are pleased the house built for us as children is in good hands.
I would not hesitate to recommend Cameron list/market property for sale.
It is one thing getting a good price in an up market and another to do so as the market turns (downwards) which is what Cameron achieved for my parents.
